What you need to do:
Get a piece of paper, any design.
Cut one straw in half and put it under the design.
Put the lollies on the straw.
Get the tape and fold it a little and put it on the straw.
Get another straw and blow.
And that's how you make one!
Some of the puff mobiles go slow and some go fast.
