Earthquakes

I am so glad we spent the first two weeks of term learning about what to do in an earthquake.  All the children who were still at school this afternoon knew exactly what to do.  Everyone outside turtled and everyone inside did the same or went under furniture or into doorways.

    There was an earth quake 2 weeks ago on Friday...did you feel it?

    Yes we did. Our school had finished and most of the kids had gone home but those that were still here and at after school care had to practise our turtles.
