Room 12 runs the school assembly
On Friday, Room Twelve ran the school assembly. Lori, Katie and Myah were the hosts. They wrote the script for assembly themselves and did a fantastic job of it. They were also very patient when children were talking out of turn!

Puff Mobile by Myah
At school we have been making puff mobiles. The equipment you need is:
1 piece of paper
1 pair of scissors
1 piece of tape
4 lifesaver lollies
3 straws
These are some of the styles you could make, a boat or a box made out of the paper.
When they were made, we went up to the hall. In the hall we could take 10 breaths, however, in the class we could only take 9 breaths. I got to do one lot of blowing and my partner counted and then we swapped and she blew and I counted.

Our Puff Mobiles by Katie
Hello blogging buddies. I am going to tell you about how Callum and I made our puff mobile. First, we got our materials. we were given: 2 paper clips, 2 pieces of pper, 4 round lollies with little holes in the middle of each lolly. We also got three straws.
When we started to make our puff mobiles, Callum and I both had two different ideas. We decided to mix our ideas together.
Our puff mobile was epic! We all raced our puff mobiles. We only had 9 breaths to see how far our puff mobiles went. I was puffing on our puff mobile while Callum was counting my breaths. Our puff mobile went the farthest.
This has been the funnest day at school.

On a thrilling Thursday, Room 12 made awesome puff mobiles.
We used: paper, straws, paper clips, sellotape and of course, 4 round puff lollies each.
We all had races, well, not those kinds of races, but we had to see how far we could blow it. The hard thing for me was that we could only take 10 breaths. We did it on the carpet at first, but that had a lot of friction so we tried it on the lino and that was much better.
I really enjoyed making these puff mobiles. It was really fun and I think that you should give this a try, either at home or at school.

On Wednesday we started to make puff mobiles. I made a ship. It was cool. I liked it and I liked Miki's, it was cool too. She was my partner.
